This policy explains how MAGARI CHAP CHAP collects and uses your information, in line with Tanzania’s Personal Data Protection Act (2022).

    MAGARI CHAP CHAP (Chap Chap Brand Company Limited) is a car showroom at Mwenge Mpakani, Dar es Salaam. For any question about your data, write to chapchapbrandcompanylimited@gmail.com.

  2. 02What we collect

    Your name, phone number, email, message and details you send through our forms or our AI assistant. Also technical data that does not directly identify you: a hashed IP address, pages viewed and WhatsApp clicks. Your favorites and compare lists are stored on your device only.

  3. 03How we use it

    To answer your request, arrange test drives, source cars, complete sales and improve our service. We never sell your data.

  4. 04Who helps us

    Service providers process data on our behalf: website hosting, database, email delivery, spam protection and the AI service behind the assistant. They use it only for us.

  5. 05How long we keep it

    AI assistant chats are deleted automatically after 90 days. Requests and sales records are kept as long as needed for business or legal reasons.

  6. 06Your rights

    You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to certain uses. Write to chapchapbrandcompanylimited@gmail.com.

  7. 07Car photos

    We remove location (GPS) data from all photos and never publish number plates or chassis numbers.

  8. 08Changes

    We may update this policy. The new version will be posted here with its date.
